A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is submitted to the provider that supplies its results. Brooklyn Park Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, the message and its contents are used to respond.

How Limited Data Is Used

Links to Other Websites
Links lead to county and state portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search services. Any information sent to one of those destinations is governed by its own privacy policy, including information submitted through sponsored search results.
When Data May Be Shared
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
Safeguarding Information
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Visitors may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. The Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act took full effect February 5, 2026; its applicability and exemptions should be checked against the Attorney General's current guidance. Because this service keeps very little, a request usually involves the contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by Minnesota, Hennepin County, or Brooklyn Park offices are outside this service's control, and requests about those records belong with the custodian.
